Pavilions of Harrogate
Offering over 2,300m2 of internal space and 200 acres of external space, Pavilions of Harrogate is the perfect venue for a range of events from small meetings and exclusive private dining to conferences and exhibitions for up to 500 delegates. Our 14 rooms have natural daylight, 10 of which have direct access to lawns, woods, ponds, and fields.
Located in the heart of the UK within easy reach of the motorway network with direct trains to London and connections via Leeds or York to the rest of the country, choosing Pavilions of Harrogate as the venue for your events makes perfect sense. Wi-Fi and car parking are free of charge. We also have EV charging points on site.

Accessibility
Pavilions of Harrogate is proud to be able to offer an accessible venue for all visitors to enjoy. Our main entrances have double doors and the steps and ramps leading to each entrance have handrails. All our function rooms are located on the ground floor apart from the Swale and Esk rooms. These rooms are situated on the first floor, which is accessible via a lift. Our lift is access is signposted and is reached via a ramp from the main car park. We have 6 disabled toilets and additional accessible toilets. All our toilets are clearly marked with pictorial signs. We welcome assistance dogs on-site and can ensure drinking water is made available. If required, we also have space for assistance dogs to be exercised

Covid Measures
Ventilation will be increased, improving fresh air circulation. Pavilions of Harrogate’s cleaning team have been trained to deliver new cleaning procedures. This includes ensuring all touch points are regularly wiped with sanitiser. Hand sanitisers will be provided across the public areas of the venue.
